Water mitigation
Water keeps spreading until someone stops it. We remove it, dry the structure and confirm with instruments that it is dry.
When you need water mitigation
Most calls start with something small: a leak under the kitchen sink, a failed water heater, an A/C drain line, a bathroom supply line, or rain coming in through a damaged roof.
Water moves into drywall, cabinets, floors and insulation, often where you cannot see it. Materials that stay wet can start growing mold within days, so the sooner the drying starts, the less there is to tear out.
How we do it
Inspection
We trace where the water went with a thermal camera and moisture meters, including areas that look dry.
Water extraction
Standing water is removed from floors and affected areas.
Drying
Air movers and dehumidifiers dry the rooms. For ceilings, wall cavities and the space under cabinets we use injection drying, which pushes dry air into closed spaces through small openings.
Moisture readings
We take readings during the job, and the equipment stays in place until the materials are dry.

What to do before we arrive
Water leak or flood
- Shut off the main water valve if the leak comes from plumbing.
- Cut power to wet rooms only if the breaker panel is dry and safe to reach.
- Take photos before you move anything.
If anyone is in danger, call 911 first.
Insurance
We work with all insurance companies, large and small.
